Joy of Music Registration

Please complete this one time registration process to enroll with Joy of Music.

Registration Form & Agreement

1.  All lessons will be paid for, including those that are cancelled.
2.  Maximum of 4 missed / rescheduled lessons in a calendar year.  All other lessons will be paid for.
3.  Cancelled make-up lessons are automatically charged.

4.  Joy of Music is closed the following:

 – Thanksgiving Monday, Victoria Day, Simcoe Day, Labour Day, Good Friday, Easter Monday
 – Dec 24 to Jan 1 inclusive
5.  All other days including March Break will be charged for as regular lessons.
6.  There is a $15 administration fee for a returned cheque.
